This bright, crisp white wine has an inviting nose of grapefruit pith, lemon zest and fresh cut grass balanced with flavors of ripe melon and citrus and finishing with light, refreshing acidity. It honors our Playhouse Square - Cleveland's crown jewel theater district.
As the largest theater district outside of New York City and the home of the “World’s Largest Outdoor Chandelier,” Playhouse Square is certainly deserving of attention. The district’s original five venues opened in the 1920s. By 1969, however, all but one was shuttered. In the 1970s, a grass-roots effort saved these historic venues from the wrecking ball, restoring and re-opening them one by one to their former glory. Playhouse Square now draws more than one million people annually to its ten amazing performance spaces.
