CLE Urban Winery has licenses to produce, ship and deliver wine within the state of Ohio. We ship/deliver from our winery location in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. As of June 1st, 2023, we have added the capability to ship wine to 39 states with Vinoshipper.

We also offer flat rate delivery of $12.95 within a 40-mile radius of Cleveland Heights, OH. Shipments outside of that radius will be made via Vinoshipper through UPS. PIckup during business hours is free!

Shipping FAQs

What states can I have bottled wine shipped to?

If I place my order today, when will my order be shipped/delivered?
If your order is being delivered locally, you should expect to receive your order at your doorstep within 24 hours. If your order will ship via UPS, we do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible, but please allow us up to two days to process your order. Orders are typically not processed on holidays.

I'm trying to ship a gift basket to an address outside of Ohio, but the site isn't letting me. What's going on?
At this time, our gift baskets (and a few other items in our store) are not available for shipping, however, they can be purchased for local delivery or pickup. If you want to make special arrangements to deliver a gift basket to an address in Ohio outside of our local delivery radius, please call the winery at 216-417-8313 to discuss delivery options.

Will I receive a tracking number so I can trace my order and find out the approximate time of delivery?
Vinoshipper will provide automated order and tracking information via email once your order has been processed for shipping. Feel free to contact us if you have questions. For a local delivery, your order will typically be hand delivered by our winery staff to your door, although it may be shipped via UPS if circumstances warrant. 

What if I have questions after receiving my order?
Just give us a call! Our winery staff is available to answer all your questions Tuesday-Saturday from 4-10pm at 216-417-8313. You can also state your question or request upon checkout in the online store comments. 

What if my purchase is damaged when I receive it?
If your product arrives damaged, give us a call at 216-417-8313 and we'll work with you to make it right. We will ask you to please retain ALL packaging, including the shipping box, packing material, packing slip, and product packaging. We will request that you email photos of all these materials in order to assess the situation and proceed with a solution.
