CLE Urban Winery has licenses to produce and ship wine only within the state of Ohio at this time. We ship/deliver from our winery location in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. 

Additionally, we can only ship to residential addresses in Ohio. If you would like to arrange delivery to a commercial address in the Northeast Ohio area, please call us at 216-417-8313 and we should be able to accommodate you (depending on the location).

We offer Flat Rate Shipping/Delivery of $9.95 in Cuyahoga County and $14.95 Flat Rate Delivery/Shipping via UPS elsewhere in Ohio. 

Shipping FAQs

If I place my order today, when will my order be shipped/delivered?
We know you'll be waiting for your goodies to arrive, so we ship fast -- usually the same day! But, please allow us up to two days to process your order. Orders are not processed on holidays. While most orders will be delivered sooner, especially within Cuyahoga County, please allow up to five (5) business days for your order to arrive once it has been fulfilled.

I'm trying to ship an order to an address outside of Ohio, but the site isn't letting me. What's going on?
At this time, we only have licenses to ship and deliver our wines within the state of Ohio. You can purchase our wines from other locations, but shipping is only available for residential addresses in Ohio. For example, if you live in Virginia, you can buy wines as a gift for someone in Ohio and have it shipped to them - however, we cannot ship it to you in Virginia. When/If this changes, we will let everyone know! 

Will I receive a tracking number so I can trace my order and find out the approximate time of delivery?
We will ship wine via UPS to residential addresses outside of Northeast Ohio. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For orders in Cuyahoga County, your order will most likely be hand delivered by our winery staff to your door, although it may be shipped via UPS if circumstances warrant. 

What should I do if I need my order delivered by a certain date? What if I have questions after receiving my order?
Just give us a call! Our customer service is available Tuesday-Thursday 4-8pm and Friday-Saturday 4-10pm at 216-417-8313. You can also state your request upon checkout in the online store comments. We will always do our best to meet your required delivery date and we are happy to answer any questions.

What if my purchase is damaged when I receive it?
If your product arrives damaged, give us a call at 216-417-8313. We will ask you to please retain ALL packaging, including the shipping box, packing material, packing slip, and product packaging. We will request that you email photos of all these materials in order to assess the situation and proceed with a solution.
