- January 1st: We'll be CLOSED on New Year's Day.
- January 2nd: Cleveland Cocktail Choir Community Sign-a-long 7-9pm - free & so fun! The theme will be Phantom of the Opera - grab your mask and cape and all your besties for a fun night of Broadway showtunes! Come early to get a good seat!!
- January 3rd: Live Music with Blues Driver Quartet, 7-9pm
- January 6th: The Winter Residency of musician Michael Barwolf returns to the winery from 6-9pm!
- January 7th: Gather Well Cleveland Heights returns with their "Eat Well" Bread and Soup community meal (suggested donation $20) - come join us for food and fellowship from 6:30-9pm with proceeds donated to a good community cause.
- January 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th: Every Wednesday we host Beginner's Argentine Tango 6-9:30pm - it's free to participate and everyone is welcome to join in!
- January 10th: Open 4-10pm; closed for a private event from 12-4pm
- January 11th, 18th, and 25th: Sunday morning DONUT POPUP with Bigmouth Donuts, 9am-12pm! The bar will also be open and we'll be serving our famous egg & cheese croissants as well.
- January 12th: Single Sip Bingo - Wine Tasting and Bingo Night with Gabrielle Evans! Better known as Gbaby, she'll lead a fun game night for singles ready to network and mingle! Doors at 6pm, games start at 7pm. No fee to come in and hang out, but you'll need a ticket to play bingo.
- January 13th, 14th, and 15th: Community Wine Club Wine Pickup, wine tastings & food pairings (free for members, $10 for non-members).

- February 11th: The Urban Wine School proudly presents our inaugural Urban Winemaking Class!! Come learn how to make wine (or refine your winemaking skills) in this 3-session hands-on class where you'll make Pinot Grigio. Class sessions start at 6:30pm where you'll get settled in, with instruction starting at 7pm. Class dates are:

- Wednesday, March 4th
- Wednesday, April 15th
The course will be led by our Wine Educator TJ Bertsch, along with our Head Winemaker Dave Mazzone and Assistant Winemaker Brandon Sanders. We will cover a variety of topics including sanitary practices, reputable sourcing, winemaking chemistry, fermentation, racking, clarifying, stabilizing, filtering, bottling, and defects. Each class will include hard-copy handouts so you can give it try at home!
Class 1 (Feb 11th) will introduce you to key concepts such as sanitary practices, sourcing reputable equipment and juice, the winemaking process/ chemistry. We will get hands-on starting the fermentation process of our Pinot Grigio.
Class 2 (March 4th) will show you the change from juice to wine. We'll practice “Racking” the wine and further delve into Stabilization and Clarification. We'll have an in-depth discussion about the Pinot Grigio grape history and varietal.
Class 3 (April 15th) the final class will cover defects, common issues, and corrections. We’ll finish the class with bottling and labeling our wine! You'll have the opportunity to purchase bottles of what you made with a class discount ;.)
The fee for the Urban Winemaking Class is $150 per person for all three sessions. Seats are limited and tickets are available by clicking here!

February 14th: Whether a romantic Valentine's Day date night for two or with a Galentine's Day group of besties, this wine tasting & food pairing will set the mood! This special wine tasting & food pairing experience will include three of our handcrafted wines expertly paired with three luxurious bites PLUS an extra special Valentine's Day treat. You can come in anytime between 4-10pm on Saturday, 2/14/26 to have your special tasting, so this is a great way to start or finish your Valentine's Day celebration - or you can just stay with us for the whole evening! Purchasing your $25 ticket in advance guarantees your special tasting will be ready for you when you arrive... a limited amount of additional tasting tickets will be available for walk-ins so without a ticket, tastings will be available first come, first served until we sell out.
