White Wine Gift Baskets with Chocolates

CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT THE WINERY OR FOR LOCAL DELIVERY (within a ~30 mile radius of Cleveland Heights, Ohio) ONLY. 

This gift basket is for the dry white wine and chocolate lover! You can customize your gift by choosing one of our locally handcrafted white wines and some delicious locally hand-dipped chocolates to go with it! The basket includes the following:

• One bottle of our white wine, with choices of Murray Hill Pinot Grigio, Cedar-Lee Chardonnay or Lake Erie Riesling
• One stemless CLE Urban Winery wine glass
• One package of chocolates, with choices of Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds, Milk Chocolate Covered Amaretto Pecans, Milk Chocolate Covered Oreos, or Milk Chocolate Covered Nutter Butters
