This special and unique wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah that is aged first in French Oak and then in American oak bourbon barrels from Tom’s Foolery Distillery in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This rich and velvety red wine blend features earthy black and red fruit flavors with notes of spicy oak and locally hand-crafted bourbon and rye whiskey.
The bottle is classic, clean, and modern, like a black tuxedo, and is hand sealed with CLE-embossed sealing wax. This wine embodies and celebrates the rich, bold complexity that is Cleveland, and won a Silver Medal in the 2022 Ohio Wine Competition.
